Back Pend Oreille County Fire Protection District No. 2 Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on October 31, 2006 Meeting called to order by Chairman Rick Stone at 13:00 at the Administrative Office. Present were: Commissioners Stone and Norton, District Operations Captain Doughty and, Administrative Assistant Rumelhart. St 24 Construction – Two bids have been received for constructing a pole building & concrete floor for Station 24. Rob Beerbohn bid $34,900.00 without garage door openers and windows. Richard Franz bid $36,500.00 with the garage door openers and windows. Both bids were reviewed and discussed. Commissioner Stone moved that the bid from Richard Franz be accepted. Commissioner Norton seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0. Town Agreements – A draft automatic aid agreement with the towns was reviewed. It will be presented to the towns for their input.
