Back Pend Oreille County Fire Protection District No. 2 Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on January 12, 2005 Meeting called to order by Chairman Rick Stone at 19:00 at Administrative Office, Metaline Falls, WA. Present were: Commissioners Stone and Norton, Chief Pollock, Operations Chief Doughty, Hospital District #2 Commissioners Enyeart, Huntley and Ellsworth, and Administrative Assistant Rumelhart. Old Business: Hospital District #2 CPR MOU – The CPR MOU was discussed extensively. The Hospital District Commissioner offered to return the CPR program to the Fire District contingent on the CPR Instructors approval. Commissioner Stone moved that the Fire District manage the CPR program contingent on the approval of the CPR instructors and discontinue the CPR MOU. Commissioner Norton seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0. Hospital District #2 Paramedic MOU – The paramedic MOU was discussed and updated. Commissioner Norton moved that the updated paramedic MOU be approved. Commissioner Stone seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0. Hospital District #2 Equipment MOU – The equipment MOU was discussed and tabled until a complete inventory of the equipment could be done.
