Back Pend Oreille County Fire Protection District No. 2 Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on October 19, 2004 Meeting called to order by Chairman Rick Stone at 10:07 at Administrative Office, Metaline Falls, WA. Present were: Commissioners Stone and Norton, Administrative Assistant Rumelhart, District Chief Pollock and Captain Doughty. Old Business: Paramedic Employment – The employment contract was reviewed. Commissioner Stone moved that the district hire Scott Doughty as per the employment contract with the addition of an item describing overtime and comp time as per RCW 49.46.130 (5).
